Dear Mr. Joshi

I am concerned that I have not received any acknowledgment whatsoever
to my follow up reminder concerning my subject Public Grievance.

I would also like to inform you that I consciously do not apply in RTI
process to chase up my grievances as I believe it unduly taxes and
stresses the governance systems which should be allowed to function
independently and fairly. Unfortunately, there are certain powerful
NGO vested interests in RTI who have an allergy to me, and vice versa,
and who have so terrorised and corrupted the DoPTofficers with their
political interference that they are unwilling to function fearlessly
under the norms as they are required to.

In these circumstances, if the DoPT has taken a policy decision not to
respond to my Grievance missives, kindly formally inform me of this
fact so that neither your valuable time is wasted nor mine.

yours faithfully

Sarbajit Roy
