Re: [HumJanenge] Mr. Bob ?

Dear Dr Mutthu

Before I can reply to your queries, can you please explain something to me.

Are your queries "pro-Congress" or "anti-Congress" ?

Every day I receive at least 10 emails (each) from people who think I
am either "pro" / "anti" Congress. My answer to all these people is
that I am "pro-India"

I can answer your question as follows:-

1) Robert is as legally married to Priyanka, as Rajeev was legally
married to Sonia, as Feroze was legally married to Indira, and so on.

2) The Gandhi family have enacted a special law for themselves which
allows a Christian / Muslim/ Parsi etc to marry another Christian /
Muslim / Parsi etc by HINDU rites and then promptly go back to being
their original Christian / Muslim / Parsi selves. All they have to do
is get somebody to declare that they are HINDUS AT
THE TIME OF THEIR MARRIAGE. In Robert's case they roped in 2 eminent
personalities as witnesses - President Shankar Dayal Sharma and Mr.
Amitabh Bachan.

3) If you don't believe me please read the Law on the "Indiacode"
website of Law Ministry

4) Is it not a shame when the Supreme Court in the 1995 Sarla Mudgal
judgment came hammering down on "colourable conversions" for purpose
of marriage, that this Gandhi parivar can still get away with this
nonsense.
