Convenor
Is there a role of Reserve Bank of India/Ombudsman to control the PSU Bank management in such heinous acts from dealing in public money. It will be interesting to know their reactions in the issue. .

With kind regards

1) PSU Banks convert their doubtful debts in KFA into equity (@ 23%
stake in KFA)
2) Banks sell this converted equity off-market at Rs. 65 per share to
unnamed parties (when market price is Rs. 38)
3) KFA share is now Rs.13
4) KFA has no assets, family members of employees commit suicide.
