Forgive me Bhushan, but could you elaborate what are you trying to say? Whom do you want to seek teh info U/s 4? Who do you want to file the complain U/s 18? You post is not clear.

Please seek info u/s 4 suo moto disclosure of notifications declaring jurisdiction of PS and / or maps showing jurisdiction of each PS in city/district/state. also seek reasons u/s 4(1)(d) for non disclosure of abovesought info.
Also file complaint u/s 18 to SIC seeking inquiry, imposition of fine rs. 25000 and recommendation for disciplinary action against PIO/FAA/Commissioner
