Re: [HumJanenge] No Show Cause Notice for 52 days delay?

I am afraid, it is not my application. So it is not possible for me to file a complain against the IC. Maybe I should start adding a line in my posts that I an neither the applicant nor the respondent.

Most of my recent post in this list is to rekindle the fire and interest in public spirited RTI as well as analyzing most of the CIC Decision.

Almost all the ICs as well as their subordinate staff members, respondents etc. subscribe to this list. It is extremely important for them to know that some of the public spirited citizen do monitor the CIC Decisions and welcome a healthy debate in the matter.

it is mandatory to issue show cause notice for delay beyond  30 days. you should file complaint against the IC for violating the Act by not issuing the notice to the CPIO.
