Re: [HumJanenge] Recent interesting & +ve decisions by IC SS

Need I remind you Mr Kamra, that we have always been impartial in our post in this list. Whether it was the case of miscarriage of justice by one SIC or land mark by another CIC, the facts were always posted on this list or its earlier avatar RTI-India Yahoo! group. I admit, we need more volunteers to monitor the decisions of the various SIC especially of Goa, Punjab, North Easter States etc.

Thanks for remembering Roger Bannister who first broke the "Four Minute Mile" shatered in 1954, a feat believed to be impossible in those days. Yes it is true that he did not use modern methods of training, but stuck to the coventional forms. However, he was also lucky, that the wind had dropped just before the race started.

Dear Sh.Manoj Pai,

This is most useful initiative by you. Every body trying to lament RTI act/compliance/ICs'. Such few landmarking decisions will motivate common RTI users and making them believe in themselves.

In the human race---"a mile in four minutes"  was crossed by the belief in themselves RATHER THAN EXPERTS.

with regards
