As per NDTV (yes I know) Amazon (not Pakistani drones) delivered bomb components for Pulwama attack to well known old overground JeM worker in J&K. So viva "Digital India" and the wonders of modern technology.
Of course in the old days back in the last century when I was a bomb researcher, we had to go to shady shops in Chandi Chowk and Wazirpur to get the chemicals for our "research" and to Aligarh, Ghaziabad and Faridabad for the shaped casings.
