Re: [IAC#RG] Warning to the IAC / nation to be careful of certain 'haramis'

Dear Capt Beniwal

Under Indian law the onus of proof is on the person making the
assertion they they are "X".

We have ample evidence with us to show that I and Veeresh Malik were
using name of IAC since April 2007 while dealing with government
bodies. If somebody wants to take the date event past that - to say
1985 - then we can count on support of HRA who have used the exact
same name since at least 1973 and possibly earlier, as part of what
became the JP andolan.

If anybody (other than Arvind Kejriwal) asserts they are IAC for the
2011, 2012 movements, they will be liable to account for all the money
collected during that movement and pay HRA the 50% gross share for use
of its name without permission.

If somebody like Kiran Bedi goes to Election Commission, we shall stop
them there itself.

Anna Hazare was never a part of IAC and he has no authority to appoint
anyone to IAC o rto represent himself as IAC. He must first explain on
what authority he co-signed 2 letters on 01.Dec.2010 on fake
letterhead of IAC issued from what is now AAP's registered office, and
who induced him to sign it.

So don't worry, we will win eventually, but Indian official processes
being slow, we shall adopt alternative means to achieve our desired
result.

Everybody should realise that hollow statements like "I am Anna" or "I
am IAC" are only hollow rhetoric when faced with cold reality of
India's laws and a determined and resourceful entity like HRA.
