Its very nice to hear from you about zulu war. Not even 1 percent know about it. Further more, you have shared about Naval Mutiny post WW II. I guess that there would be people in lakhs only who know about this Naval mutiny in Bombay that happened in 1946 and 700 British army men were killed in 3 hours.
But there are even much lesser people who know the role of V D Savarkar in our independence and even in creating the base of this mutiny that he visualized years ago. He was the one who motivated Hindu Youth in 1937-40 to go into Indian Army so that they could have guns in their hands which were taken away from them after 1857. He clearly said that youth will understand where to point their guns at the right time but they need to have guns in their hands. More than 50000 Hindu youth joined Indian Army bcoz of his initiative. Independence has important role of Subhash as well in it. As Savarkar motivated Subhash as well to build a Hind Army. For this, Savakar gave him the link of Rasbihari Bose in Japan. As there is no media hype, story, news, TV Serial etc. A movie was made recently but it lacked good stars and good music so did not receive much audience. V D Savarkar is the one who has received biggest injustice from Indians themselves as they dont know his contribution. Only those who have read about him or listened from others who know about savarkar, have good knowledge. Pls share if your thoughts on him. I would be delighted to know and share if you are willing to know.
Some writers on Savarkar are in touch with me and they are the most authentic and working with documentary proofs. I am also translating a little book on Savarkar to Hindi. Its his biography in points as most people dont read big books.
I have also initiated an online movement on FB for him and it has reached thousands so far.

Your eulogy of Gandhi made me break my vow not to respond to mails from this portal.
Having fed for decades with larger than oneself stories of Gandhi and Nehru,it is natural for us believe in their divinity.A nearest biography of Gandhi was the one written by Joseph Leyland(Great Soul).Many do not know that Gandhi supported the British in the Zulu war and the hostility of the locals forced him to leave South Africa.British,as shrewd as they are, were scared of Indian violence after their experience of 1857 and looked indulgently at his non-violence while sending other patriots to Andamans and gallows. The first seeds of Hindu-Muslim enemity was sown by Gandhi by bringing religion into the freedom struggle when he teamed up with Ali brothers in the Khilafat movement,a total communal one.Jinnah was outraged ,resigned from Congress and left for UK.It is another factor that Jinnah came back after a decade due to the arrogance of Nehru,a chamcha of Gandhi.In my opinion these two are responsible for the partition and the subsequent misery and death of millions.The Khilafat agitation in Malabar in Kerala turned into a communal fight.Hundred of thousands Hindus were forcibly converted or killed.It should be noted that Gandhi and Ali brothers visited Malabar hust few months before the agitation.
Gandhi was a shrewd bania rather than a Mahatma.It is fraud to say that we got our freedom due to Gandhi.A post WWII weak Britain,INA pressure which made ther British suspect the loyality of the entire Indian Army,Naval mutiny etc are the ones that made Britain leave India.Ceylon,Burma etc also got their freedom at the same time without a Gandhi.
I write this because you want Gandhi to have a second 'avatar'.His one 'Avatar' itself is enough.He left leaving a nation in blood and turmoil and pushing up his chamcha,an imbecile Nehru as PM against the wishes of the Congress Working Committee.The malaise of corruption, clannishness, favouritism, backwardness etc dogging this nation as well as our problems on Kashmir,Tibet and China can be traced to Nehru's wrong policies.
