During a hearing of one of my complaints in the CIC, came to know about the attached stay order of the Delhi High Court.
It is a stay against the directive of the CIC - signed by all Commissioners - directing PAs to appoint transparency officers.

PS: Since it was signed by all Commissioners, Mr Sarbajit cannot even blame his bete noir Ex IC SG for this blunder!
