Latest in the series is a note on 2G spectrum licence matter from the Deptt. of Economic Affairs office memorandum dated 25.3.2011 signed by PGS Rao, Dy. Director of the Finance Minister recorded "This has been seen by the finance minister" has created a fresh storm. At that time, Pranab Mukherjee's "valued Colleague" P.Chidamabaram was the Finance Minister. This note was fished out using the powerful RTI Act by Vivek Garg, an RTI warrior of Darya Ganj, Delhi.
