[HumJanenge] Launch HumJanenge FORUMS (sub-groups) for non-RTI discussions

Dear Sarab,

Thanks for your latest mail. After initially thining of leaving the group, I have now decided to confine myself to the matters related to RTI directly and also appeal that this esteemed forum should not be used for villifaction of any activist.

However, constructive criticism with unquestionable facts without using unparliamentary and slanderious language, may be allowed. This should be without any personal bias.

I agree with your observation made in the second para of your mail.

Dear Guptaji

We have all missed your regular contributions to our little mailing list.

I fully agree that this list is not to be used for abuse or praise of any individual(s). If we all stick strictly to RTI and RTI related discussion we will all be at peace with ourselves and ensure that world is a better and cleaner place for us and our children.

Let this group be confined to RTI related matters. No personal attack on any body through this group. The onus to initiative for this is on you so that discipline is maintained.

If the moderators will not indulge in character assissinatation of others, who are not member of this group or do not write mails on this groups even if they may be members, (known only to the list owners etc) the discussion will go smooth without any type of irritation.
