Re: [HumJanenge] the Register of company acting against RTI act.

In my opinion, the best course is to file a second appeal to the
commission. The commission be requested to constitute a full bench to
decide the case. if the commission still takes the stand taken in
CIC/AT/A/2007/00112, it can be contested in the high court. RTI law
overrides all previous laws.
