Hi All

I am not the moderator of this group. I "own" 2 other RTI groups -
[RTI_India-YG] and [RTI_India-GG]. I only moderate the latter one.

With the combining of the mailing lists of India's 3 largest Yahoo RTI
groups, this group can certainly lay claim to covering the RTI arena
of the entire country.

For the things you want to address - ie. the low level stuff,
rtiindia.org is doing a great job, and I also participate there.
