Re: Re: [HumJanenge] CIC Habibullah's corrupt decision on Narmada Dam

Dear Mr. Mahendra,

Many thanks for opposing the discussion. Please be ready to get a very dramatic mail from the moderators justifying their word and language. (which i have always received in reply)

Nevertheless we should stop these kind of discussion where personalised attacks are becoming frequent and now obscene language is being used. May be the moderator who  also claims to be the software architect of this group come out with a customised firewall to weed out things.

I agree with your mail. And as  I have always said, the commissioners are just a drop in the ocean of RTI. A minor percentage of the cases are dealt by them. whereas millions of cases have been disposed by the public authorities at different tiers. Let us discuss them and see how they   these applications can be made effective in terms of framing right question at the right time to the right person.

But this group seems to be just worried about its mailing list and the former CCIC and one IC only. Do they cover the entire RTI arena of the country?

Thanks

Kuldip

I wonder this platform discussing dirty issues than discussing the RTI.  Day in and day out, some members have starting using borderline language and defamatory language raising all type of attributins and made this blog to abuse any body without sharing responsibility or suggesting ways to improve.  Just finding fault with Shri Wajahat Habibullah, Shir Shailesh Gandhi and others will not help the matterrs and we will loose large chunk of members.

I pray that YESU to give good sense to all of us. We r ignoring good work done by the former CCIC and being done by Shri Shaijesh Gandhi and v r just seeing the dark side of the issue.  We all shld know that how Mr. Wajahat has forced the DoPT to remove the statement from its website tht notings r not covered under rti act?  Let us introspect that if v r appointed IC, will v b able 2 do better in t face of govt resistane.  (However, no body is going to appoint us).  Gone r the days when v can chant "koi nrap ho hame kaa haani".  Now, we are dependent on d govt for every thing from womb to tomb. I m not advocating that the ICs or Judges should consider this aspect but only stating reality of lile.

An Hon'ble member has written that when all the decisions were available on the CIC's website, why a decision was taken to upload all the decision?  Rightly, all the decisions were not uploaded at that time but even after the decision in the meeting, the decisions taken in Oct. or probabliy earler also by Shri A N Tiwari as checked in the last week of Oct. 10 were not uploaded on the website though the decision was taken at his behest,  This has followed after I sent an Email to Shri A N Tiwari and also to the rti4empow..yg and on Dwarka Forum blogs. Every thing is on record but fail to understand why some members ignore the shortcomings of others and target only the present CCIC and one IC.

Dear All
It is some thing unusual, a challange to the male society by
the so called Lesbians.
It is a challange to the social values, a society in which
husband & wife and children live. It is also a challenge to
motherhood,  by Lesbians.
There would be no more child birth in Lesbian women.
It is  a challenge to human values, philosophy of  karma
theory of give & take, share love affection.

Is it not hatred to the men hood ?
May be that  Seema had a bad experience with male society.
As she is a Hindu(if not converted to other religion), on
every birth, one has to carry   Prarabdh Karma.
She can can not  circumvent the karma theory of give & take.
May be that she do not want children.
But may be when she along with her  lesbian friend get
older, she may need some one to help her in their old age.
In Indian Society  every  family want male child to run the family.
But many families have only female child, but they accept
the truth and remain happy till end of  their life and  if they get a
good son in law, they still feel happy.
I do not know, how other members of this group accept what
Seema Mishra has said. I do not want that  overnight seema may change
her decision, but I want to share only my views and experience, which
I gained by meeting more and more lesbians during my stay in western
countries.
          God may bless Seema Mishra
