Don't you think their should be a complete ban on bureaucrats becoming CIC. In fact these people used to create much obstecles in making information public.

Yes, I remember that he had contributed some pictures/cartoons for display. But I don'yt think he was regular 'consultant.' This would have to be verified from the office which I am sure could also make available necessary documents to you if asked.
