With all that hi-tech security equipment left over from the CWG, a
race has developed among Ministries under threat from RTI activists
(and other forms of Naxals) to get these prestigious scanning machines
installed. With 19 machines being alloted to 10 Janpath, Parliament,
Rashtrapati Bhawan, SC, Delhi High Court, MHA, DoPT, Delhi Police HQ
,RCR etc in that order, the tussle is now over the remaining 1 machine
which I am reliably informed (and when I say reliably you know what it
means) is being installed at August Kranti Bhawan.

So if you want to do RTI from next year be prepared to undergo what
these guys did to stand up for their rights.
