Dear Sh Gupta

I agree that expulsion of Sh Kris Dev was painful.

What made it painful to me personally was that the Regulations have
been well circulated / publicised, and it was made clear to all members
that they would be strictly enforced without discrimination.

Mr Sarbjit had pointed out certain violations by Sh Kris Dev. It was
expected that Sh Dev would pay attention. When he repeated the
infraction, there is no option left to me but to expel him.

Conversely, if you feel that Mr Sarbjit has violated this group's Regulations,
please inform the specifics so that we may examine it and take suitable
action.

I also don't see anyone here being deeply "pained" by the action I
had taken against Mr S D Sharma (anonsharma) for certain
inappropriate remarks. I could always restore his posting privileges
if you want to receive more message posts from members like him.
