From the earliest days of Lockdown we were deeply concerned when the official COVID-19 statistics began diverging from our scientific predictive models. The causes are by now very well known - GROSS UNDER TESTING and DELIBERATE UNDER-REPORTING. It is all being organised by a gaggle of shameless ex-IITians who are now IAS officers and who are no better than prostitutes. At the Centre it is Lav Aggarwal. In Delhi it is Chef Secretary .S.D Sharma and Sanjeiv Khirwar. You can easily identify similar IAS rascals in your state (Karnataka / Tamil Nadu)

[IAC#RG] Arvind Kejriwal goes KCR way

Dear IAC-ians

Under new (hopefully temporary) management of this mailing list its pleasant to see the members behaving in such a civiliised and courteous way with each other.

There has been considerable off-list discussion with senior members of this list, including the retired public servants and IESMs. The general consensus from their side is that although Mr. Modi and Mr. Amit Shah etc are men of high principles and absolutely honest selfless people committed to developing India the real problem is with the IAS babus and other government officers who are getting in the way, raising obstacles, and causing image related problems for Mr. Modi. From our side the consensus is that Mr.Narendra Modi and Mr.Amit Shah are mafia goons operating at the directions of foreign powers, international hot money speculators, drug and crime cartels and they have deliberately triggered a series of disruptive events throughout the course of their 6 year "rule" so as to destroy the economy and strip the wealth of ordinary people so as to reduce the common people into slaves for international moneybags. Under this dynamic duo all supposedly independent institutions meant to ensure democracy have been systematically subverted, mainly by packing it with biased and pliable persons of weak moral character who are blackmailed by them via Ajit Doval.

Anyway, enough of Mr. Modi's corruptions, and lets examine what that other arch-rogue Arvind Kejriwal has been up to.

After Telangana's CM K Chandrashekhar Rao decided to manipulate its COVID-19 numbers to show that they are in green zone, its apparently now the turn of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to do so.

Under great pressure from his bania votebanks and moneybanks, Arvind is desperate to reopen Delhi at any cost so that the money for his government keeps flowing in. To this end he has deployed his Pan-IIT alumni Sanjeev Khirwar IAS as nodal officer for Delhi. This perverse officer is running the AAP's blackmarketing mafia parallel Government in Delhi to the extent that each and every function of Government has been handed over to Aam Aadmi Party workers who are being paid exorbitant salaries on contract basis (at least on paper). Everything from masks to sanitisers to emergency rations to curfew movement passes to Lockdown cash transfers to home delivered alcohol s being sold through this parallel AAP mafia government with up to 1,000% markups by misusing the service delivery platform controlled by AAP.

It is important to remind IAC-ians that this Sanjeev Khirwar is the same IAS officer who as Principal Secretary Health/GNCTD  had executed the SCAM to project that between 2015 and 2018 Dengue had come down in Delhi by 80% under Kejriwal, whereas in this period the number of Dengue cases had actually increased by 106% as per documents I got under the National Vector Disease Control Mission. By this reasoning and extension of numbers, Khirwar (and his Godfather Vinay Dev Sharma) has under-reported the COVID-19 numbers for Delhi by at least 10 times. They are both so shameless that they had the gall to declare that there were ZERO COVID-19 cases on 9 May 2020 in Delhi (after newspapers like The Hindu and the Indian Express exposed them for under-reporting). As our member Shri Ravi Kapoor has mentioned, even the Director General of Health Services of Delhi, one Dr. Nutan Mundeja, is being regularly threatened to approve whatever the IAS looters want done.

From reports reaching us Sanjeev Khirwar IAS is also the alleged mastermind behind another SCAM for his CM. When Khirwar was Principal Secretary Heath, The AAP Health Minister (Satyendra Jain) ordered over 5 million fake/counterfeit copies of 3M type N95 masks from a Maharashtra based supplier at exorbitant prices, and after the staff protested (orally) that these masks and its certificates were found to be somewhat dubious, Jain and Kejriwal saw that these 5 million N95 masks were conveniently  supposedly distributed free of charge to students of Delhi for air pollution with a big pre-election PR push. IAC conducted a survey and not a single student said they had got a free mask, let alone a N95 mask. The moment COVID started these same masks started being sold / blackmarketed by AAP mafia, the whole of Amazon is littered with complaints about these very poor quality masks.

Was the demonetization fiasco part of the 90% right things Modi Sarkar did? Did it bring back black money? Did it make the country and its people economically safer? Weren't those carefully timed opening of Jan Dhan accounts not used as a conduit for money laundering,. particularly in Gujarat? Did not containers of used soiled demonitized notes land up in the ports of UAE to be laundered as expatriate Indians' money there which created a scandal in those countries? And did it stop terror funding? 

Was the amnesty given to all the biggest NPA holders and waiving of their loans a good thing in this time of crisis? 

Wasn't the lockdown imposed on an unprepared public and unconsulted state governments without ever thinking of the millions of migrant workers far away from home who were summarily thrown out of their jobs and tenements in India's richest cities a sign of the heartlessness of this government?

When WHO declared the Covid19 pandemic on January 31, was it right for this government to spend the whole of the next month, February, planning, executing and congratulating itself over the ill-timed visit of Donald Trump to Gujarat, which may in fact have brought many infected asymptomatic carriers in his retinue (and the crowds that were brought in to the stadium for his reception) to hitherto unaffected areas of India? 

Is the silence of the top men of this Sarkar on the continuing persecution of Muslims by their Godi media and militant youth wings a 'good' thing?

Please list at least two 'good' things this Sarkar has done for Indians.

All I had suggested was use of decent language and elimination of foul language and abuse. If you think that this advocacy is nothing of value, please ascertain the correctness of your conclusion by a e-referendum. That will open your eyes. Objectivity and not virulent abuses is the raison d'etre for any forum. 

Generally members of IAC are passive and silent spectators of even indecent language. That should not be taken as vote of approval.

Temples, Churches, Mosques and Gurudwaras have remained out of bounds for the faithful with people having been unable to pay their final respects to their beloved departed as the final rites have been restricted to only a handful of very close family members.  Many had to switch to the e-paper version for news as the print media also bore the brunt. 

Having been taught to love our neighbors, in this epidemic we have been looking at the persons next door with suspicion as possibly infected with the virus and closed our doors on them. All planned Marriages and family functions have had to be postponed indefinitely with traditional religious festivities all cancelled. 

The COVID-19 lock-down which has kept the public within their homes has been very tough on all. It has been dreadful for the old and vulnerable. The very impoverished and the daily wage workers have been the worst affected finding food to keep them and their families fed. For many of us without the social media to kill our time this lock-down would have been a further nightmare.   

In a virtual war like scenario that the entire world is grappling with, one does not know how and when this war will end. All that we know for now is that this is fierce and full blown combat without firing a single missile or bullet. This virus has placed the entire world in an enormous economic upheaval with millions of jobs gone down the tube. Restoring the Indian economy will be an uphill and extremely challenging task. In this current scary scenario with the economies of the world under severe strain of post-corona virus there are no easy solutions. Very hard times lie ahead but the blow can be softened with sincere imaginative government policies and prudent fiscal management to benefit the many, not just the few.

The debate on how and who initiated this corona virus will go on for times to come but for those  who may be lucky to survive this pandemic they would have to  remain ever indebted for God's abundant Grace. But life will never be the same again and our lifestyle will undergo an enormous change. Even for very emotionally bonded communities, social distancing and wearing of masks will be a way of life ahead globally.

No matter how unpredictable the road ahead may be or where it may lead us on this journey of change, may the choices we make reflect our hopes and not our fears. Where there's life there's hope. Let's all walk tall with hope in our hearts and carve a tunnel of hope with light at the end of it through this mountain of darkness.

[IAC#RG] INDIA’S VILLAINS ARNAB GOSWAMI AND RANJAN GOGOI

The now disgraced Arnab Goswami is to the Journalist fraternity, what former Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has been to India's Judiciary. Regrettably, both have embarrassed their high offices and revered institutions where integrity is the highest virtue and people depend on for accurate unbiased dissemination of information and justice.

By letting their institutions and more importantly the people down, both these awfully tainted buffoons have been a colossal national disgrace, Trust and Integrity must always be the twin pillars of our public office and zero tolerance applied to the abuse of either. Only God will deliver them the justice they deserve.
