I am concerned that the popularly elected GNCTD is not functioning and would like to remind / draw Hon'ble CM Delhi's attendion to some specific issues of mine which are unresolved.

1) My PGMS complaint, number 2017083559, dated 12-Oct-2017 concerning unimpeachable evidences of corruption by IAS officer and DANICS officers of Delhi, but which is pending for 5 months in CM Sectt / office.

2) The violent attacks instigated by the aforesaid  IAS officer and DANICS officers on a reputed journalist / citizen of Delhi who independently visited their offices in Transport Dept on or about 3.Nov.2017 to report rampant corruption over there but was instead criminally assaulted by their goondas. I am concerned that continuance in office of these officers sends a very wrong signal about desire of AAP Govt. to curb corruption which may affect prospects of the Govt. in mind of citizens

3) My email to CM Delhi of Tue, Dec 20, 2016 concerning my previous letter (your office computer tracking code is CMO/2016/52248 ref 17.11.2016) which was transferred to Ms. Aswathi Muralidharan on 18.11.2016 by Ms. Geetika Sharma and received by Ms. Muralidharan on 22.11.2016. regarding the basis for nomination of Ms. Swati Maliwal as Chairperson Delhi Womens Commission, and associated matters, but which are still not replied to, thereby causing me to apprehend corruption in this appointment.

4) The complete failure and/or GENERAL INCOMPETENCE of present Govt NCTD in opposing the crippling and unjustified DMRC fare hikes, despite the advance warnings and evidences which I provided CM Delhi well in time to issue appropriate directions on file.

5) My complaints to CM Delhi against Shri Adarsh Shastri, ex-MLA now disqualfied, in matter of the "free Wi-Fi in Delhi" scam which is now sought to be revived.

Lokpal panel to pick eminent jurist on Mar 1

New Delhi: The prime agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Lokpal selection committee on March 1 shall be to finalise the 'eminent jurist' member on the panel.

As per Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013, an eminent jurist is to be appointed to the selection committee on the recommendation of other members of the panel — the PM, Lok Sabha Speaker, leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha and the Chief Justice of India. With there being no leader of opposition in the current Lok Sabha due to inadequate numbers of the principal opposition party, Congress, and the Lokpal Act yet to be amended to include leader of the single largest opposition party in the selection committee, the government has decided to call leader of the Congress in Lok Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge as a special invitee to the meeting.

"While the current Act does not mandate representation of the largest opposition party in the selection committee, the government has decided to especially invite Kharge in the true spirit of democracy," a government functionary told TOI.

The meeting will be attended by PM Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and CJI Dipak Misra, with Kharge and minister of state for Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh as special invitees.

Once the jurist is appointed to the Lokpal selection committee, the government plans to call another meeting of the full panel for authorising a search committee to prepare a panel of names to be considered for appointment as chairperson and members of the anti-graft ombudsman.

"The process can get underway even as the government seeks Parliament's approval to amend the Lokpal & Lokayuktas Act," said an official. A source said the Lokpal selection committee will on March 1 also discuss the "flaw" in the Act relating to silence on term of the eminent jurist that has been appointed.

"This effectively means he/she can continue in office indefinitely. There is a thinking in the government favouring capping of the jurist's term at three years," said a government functionary. The functionary said the selection panel will take a call on whether the ambiguity on the eminent jurist's term should remain or the length of his/her tenure clearly defined

I am deeply concerned enough to again send an email to you hoping that somebody HONEST and COURAGEOUS is still left in your office who will convey my emails to you and explain them faithfully to you.

I read from the internet that you are going on fast from 23rd March 2018 at Ram Lila Maidan because Shri Narendra Modiji has allegedly not replied to even 1 of the 32+ letters you sent him, and you have recently alleged that Shri Modi'e "ego of prime ministership" does not allow him to acknowledge you or your very genuine concerns for farmers.

As your well wisher I request you to examine if your office has been sending your letters to the CORRECT ADDRESS of Shri Modiji / Prime Minister. It is very strange that Modiji would not reply to you if he received your letters, considering his own open letter/s to you as CM Gujarat, eg.

I can also inform you that Shri Modiji dutifully and promptly acknowledges each and every communication which I or India Against Corruption send to him (as PM) reporting corruption in his government.

A) Only persons who truly believe in martyrs like Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajbir will be admitted in your anti-corruption movement as volunteers (and without positions or offices),

B) No cash will be accepted, only donations in cheque / draft from persons of impeccable character will be accepted to fund your andolan.

We are therefore very concerned to see a BEEF EXPORTER and exporter of HALAL and other non-vegetarian products was heading your so-called "volunteers" as acting Chairperson"" till recently, but who has now been replaced by ex-member(s) of Aam Aadmi Party.

Whereas, we at INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION deeply sympathise with the long-running problems you are facing over the BVJAN Trust (Bhrashtachar Virodhi Jan Andolan Nyaas) which was suspended, it does not mean that your so-called volunteers can again misuse, cheat and deceive the innocent public of Hindustan as they used to do, or by misusing IAC name.

As your younger brother, but your senior in RTI movements and activism generally, I would strongly urge you to set your own house, trusts and andolans in order before venturing to tour the countryside on sponsorships from dubious, corrupt and anti-national persons.

The present BJP government headed by Modiji is not lagging in corruption compared to its predecessor Congress government. It would therefore be a great BETRAYAL of the Indian people if you again allow yourself to be used by these corrupt forces as you have so often been used in the past to allow their corruption to continue.

NB: We at IAC and of the HINDUSTAN REPUBLICAN ARMY have never forgotten the traitors who divided the Hindustani nation and its people, and who rightfully deserved to be assassinated for their treachery, and we shall privately honour our movement's martyrs in our own way without any help from you or your volunteers.

We the residents of Delhi do not know what transpired within your residence at midnight recently, however, it is certainly a matter of shame that Govt. of NCT Delhi does not take swift, firm and decisive action when your corrupt IAS officers and corrupt DANICS officers get beaten up the citizen/s of Delhi who go to their offices after taking appointments to report corruption.

I hope that you will personally look into my feedback since you know very well which specific incident I am alluding to which took place about 3 months back in in one of the most corrupt departments of GNCTD.

INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION hopes you or the CS shall clarify, publicly, why those 2 officers (1 IAS and 1 DANICS) in GNCTD are still holding their posts.

I am also giving you feedback that the voting residents of Delhi are concerned that you are spending too much time in your residence, "party"ing, and not enough time at your office in the Delhi Secretariat doing official things.

You should also know that recent press reports have one "Naveen Jaihind" of Haryana as part of Anna Hazare's new core committee for his March 23rd agitation, causing me to again wonder why you appointed Swati Maliwal as DCW chairperson in a completely illegal fashion (which you still cannot explain to me).

[IAC#RG] AN ASSAULT ON PARLIAMEMTARY DEMOCRACY

It is for the first time in the history of our country that a Session of the Legislative Assembly is being curtailed on account of the Chief Minister's illness. This unprecedented and very high-handed move by the Goa government does not augur well as the legislators are being denied an opportunity to discuss the very vital issues confronting the State. Would the session have been curtailed if the Leader of the Opposition had fallen ill?

With the Senior most Minister Sudin Dhavalikar now appointed to officiate in the absence of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, the show must go on.

Manohar Parrikar while in the Opposition had always advocated for longer sessions of the Legislative Assembly but once in power did not walk his talk. Vijai Sardesai and Rohan Khaunte had earlier also demanded longer sessions but have surprisingly now concurred with this uncalled for curtailment.

The Legislative Assembly is a forum for our heftily paid MLAs to legislate good laws while holding the government accountable for its misdeeds. It is appalling that the session is being curtailed under the pretext of a very invalid reason, that the Chief Minister is unwell. Are we being made to reconcile that Manohar Parrikar is indispensable for holding the session of the Legislative Assembly? Merely because the Government enjoys the majority does not mean that it can be a Law unto itself and throw all Parliamentary practices to the wind. One man cannot hold the State or the nation to ransom. This political bankruptcy and unjustified decision of curtailing the session of the Goa Legislative Assembly needs to be strongly condemned.

In the interest of UNITY in the anti-corruption space and your seniority we would not like to speak openly at this time, but

1) We cannot be patient forever when we see BEEF EXPORTERS occupying leadership roles in your new BVJA movement.

2) We cannot also be silent when we see so many persons steering your new BVJA movement who are close to Ms. Kiran Bedi (who incidentally was unable to explain massive funding by certain diamond exporter of her NGOs).

3) We cannot keep silent when it is public knowledge who actually controlled and owned your JanTantra Morcha and the sources of its funding.

Although I cannot divulge all the details now, IAC had a significant role in exposing the rogue diamond traders and beef exporter hawala operators. This is a scam of the highest order and its modus operandi identical to the methods used by Harshad Mehta etc and all stock market manipulators after him. Decade after decade we see our PSU banks being milked for stock market manipulations, obviously with the connivance of the highest levels of the Finance Ministry.

It is high time that the BJP threw out enablers of these scams like Arun Jaitley, Hasmukh Adhia and Urjit Patel onto the garbage heap they deserve to be in.

On a minor note, I can disclose that IAC's complaints against Kiran Bedi's (diamond exports) and Anna Hazare's (beef exports) NGO funders were a small but important part in exposing anti-national forces embedded within the BJP establishment.

As a result of our efforts, the (dwindling) clean forces within the Hindutva spaces have asked me to energise the Hindu Samaj (community) and I have accordingly also accepted charge of the historic Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Somaj movement which was founded in 1849 in Kolkatta and from which the Hindu Mahasabha emerged.

HRA members on this channel may recall that in the 100th (centenary) of the Hindu Samaj celebrations in Calcutta, which was held in very tense environment in Dec 1949 due to Hindu-Muslim influx/refugee problem after partition, Shri Ashutosh Lahiri (Chairman, Hindu Mahasabha) gave renewed call for Akhand Hindustan (united Hindustan) to which HRA, IAC and all Hindustani people are fully committed in spirit of secularism and to oppose all communal forces who are puppets for foreigners.
