Re: [IAC#RG] IS THE POLITICIAN RAHUL AN UNSTABLE PERSON ?

After the likes of Narendra(Modi) & Dave(Gowda) anyone can become PM. Why stability was not suspected when demonitisation was announced at 2000 hrs. unprepared and unpondered? We have had 15 PMs and 30 congress presidents, all elected through due process. Where is the question of monarchy? When Modi is CM for three terms it is " people's choice " and if (Indra) Gandhi does it, it is dictatorship. Why this BJP mongers attempt such misinformation and disinformation? Recently BJP won a mid term poll at Gujarat. I was happy the tide has turned. On a closer scrutiny,  I understand that he was a sitting MLA of the congress defected to BJP on lure of ministership. Stupid votres! They should have routed him out of politics. It is a miracle people still support BJP. Have the read the manifesto BJP 2014? Leave alone election promises like Swiss bank money, two crores jobs per annum, 15 lakh rupees per person. Anyone supporting BJP has killed his soul.
Regards.

The politician Rahul, who was described as buffoon by the Telangana Chief Minister , happened to become the President of the family oriented Congress party by virtue of belonging to the Nehru family ,by way of hereditary succession management.

Obviously, he has been tutored by his paid or motivated friends in India and abroad to describe Prime Minister Modi in all sorts of abusive and indecent language, so that the public image of Modi would suffer heavily before the forthcoming parliamentary election. Re: [IAC#RG] In agreement with S. Sen

Dear Ms. Sen

Of course it speaks for itself.. .. (without invention) .. The Hindu Code of 1955 which jawaharlal nehru imposed on India.

However, since the English language does not seem to be your strong suit, here goes

"Hindu" - Everybody who is not a Muslim, Christian, Jew, Parsi, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Brahmo Samajist, Arya Samajist, Prarthana Samajist, Virashaiva, Lingayat, Scheduled Tribal,  Renouncants of the Union territory of Pondicherry, &c &c.... (ie. the approx 30% remainder/dregs of the Indian population who are collectively known as the RSS)

"Code" - a collection of existing laws , scientifically arranged, and promulgated by legislative authority . A previous example of such a code of "Hindu" law is the "Manu Smriti" which the aforesaid Hindus desire to be reimposed on the non-Hindus.

"1955" - The year (1955-56) in which the 4 Acts of the aforesaid Nehruvian Code were effectively approved in Parliament

"Jawaharlal Nehru" - a "rose" between two "thorns" (also the idiot who believed his Chinese brothers would not attack India in 1962).

[IAC#RG] SEASON’S GREETINGS TO YOU ALL

While we ready to usher in X'mas 2018, let us keep in our thoughts and prayers our hundreds of tirelessly toiling Home Guards for whom it will be this year be a very Cheerless Christmas as they have not been paid their Honorarium this month.

All this when the Goa Government is pouring crores of rupees down the drain on all that   unprecedented Medical care being accorded to the terminally ill Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar.

It is very appalling and so absolutely distressing to see the manner in which the authorities have been very highhandedly misusing and shabbily ill-treating the Home Guards. They have been reduced to being slaves with absolute disrespect and made to do tasks they are not supposed to.

The Government must get its house in order and ensure that our Human Guards are given the due respect and treated as Human Beings.

Dear Mr. Roy,

I. That's a fragment from the very opening paragraph of your post to which I responded.
Hope you'd recognise.
Speaks for itself.
A subsequent invention of "Nehru's Hindu Code of 1955" is just that - an invention.

Il. Despite categorical rebuttal (ref.: <<Even without counting Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains as Hindus, as per the 2011 census, Hindus constitute approximately 80% of Indian population.>>), you've repeated:
<<Today Hindus (as defined in the Hindu Code 1955) only constitute under 30% of the population of India.>>

That's ridiculous.

The Census 2011 posits:
Hindu 79.80 %
Muslim 14.23 %
Sikh 1.72 %
Buddhist 0.70 %
Jain 0.37 %
Other Religion 0.66 %
Not Stated 0.24 %
Total      100%

IV. That Rahul Gandhi did light the funeral pyre of his slain father had already been established.
Consequently, the claim that he is a "practising Catholic" comes out as a mere (malicious?) hoax.

Not really.

l. First of all, there's no Hindu Code Act.
The Code Bill moved by the then Union Law Minister, Dr. Ambedkar - not by Nehru , got defeated on the floor of the Indian parliament.
Dr. Ambedkar would resign.

ll. Subsequently, Hindu family/personal laws would be amended in bits and pieces.
Some specifically pertaining to the "Hindus".
Some, to all Indians.

lll. For these purpose, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains etc. would be counted as Hindus.
Muslims, Christians, Parsis, Jews were not.
Brahmos, Arya Samajis and Lingayats were/are very much considered as Hindus, for all purposes.
That's precisely why there's now a demand from a section of the Lingayats for a separate identity.
The demand remains to be met.

lV. Even without counting Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains as Hindus, as per the 2011 census, Hindus constitute approximately 80% of Indian population.

P.S.: The above has, evidently, nothing to do with whether Rahul Gandhi had lit his slain father's funeral pyre or not.
That stands already settled.

not a Christian or a Jew or a Muslim or a Sikh or a Jain or a Buddhist
or a Parsi or a Scheduled Tribal or an Arya Samaji or a Prarthana

In other words by the present Hindu code less than 30% of India is
Hindu and these consist of the Scheduled Castes and the OBC castes who
get 50+% . reservations.

So it is quite understandable why parasite compradors like Shri Arun
Kumar, Shri Rahul Gandhi, Shri Narendra Modi, Shri Mohan Bhagwat and
the entire RSS etc  insist that they are Hindus and the rest of us
(presumably) are not.

You are quite correct that codifying marriage and divorce laws was for
inheritance and to provide compensation to divorcees, Under the
prevalent codified law, the day Indira Nehru married Feroze Gandhi she
ceased to be a Hindu and he ceased to be a Parsi. Thereafter when
Rajiv Gandhi married Sonia Gandhi under the Indian laws, both they and
their children ceased to have any religion in the eyes of the State.
Therefore it is quite inexplicable that Mr. Rahul Gandhi insists in
public that he is a Hindu of Brahmin caste and claims his gotra from
an alleged distant ancestor Kamala Kaul. His ignorance of True
Hinduism is further exposed when he goes as an idolator to pray in a
fake temple of Brahma which has as its idol a four headed image of a
deity.

Insofar as who is a Hindu, I can suggest either the Tilak test or the
following definition by Raj Narain Bose (the Grandgather of Indian
Nationalism)

"Hinduism defined as worship of Brahma, or the Supreme Being, whose
knowledge and worship all the Hindu Shastras agree in asserting to be
the sole cause of salvation, and other forms of Hindu worship and the
observance of rites and ceremonies as preliminary means for ascending
to that knowledge and worship."

[IAC#RG] GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO UPLIFT AND NOT ABANDON THE WELFARE OF THE CISF

The Central Government is duty bound to ensure on a priority the utmost well being of the officers and constables of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

It is so horrifying to see the pathetic working and living conditions of these personnel who are shunted around the country wherever their services are requisitioned.

It is so painful that due to the work related stress, the suicide rate amongst the CISF is very high.  This force which works so dedicatedly and very professionally, at times even putting their lives at risk must be well taken care of.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi must ensure that the salaries, perks and benefits of the CISF and the welfare of their families is enhanced to commensurate with the extremely hard work they put in their line of duty.

The government must Walk the Talk and 'Sab ka Saath Sab Ka Vikas' cannot be its hollow slogan. If the Government does not come to the rescue of the toiling CISF, this would be a fit case for the National Human Rights Commission to intervene.
