I totally concur with Mr. Sarabjit Roy's views, particularly his reply to Dr. Khan. Even though this platform is for fighting corruption, we may treat Mr. Roy's post/comments as personal. Even if we discuss on the definition of secularism, no one comes closest to the term better than a Hindu, as Christianity, Islam and other monotheistic faiths are inherently parochial and against the concept of democratic choices and have no scope of debate if you do not accept the basic tenets. And about Raul Gandhi, I am shocked as to how we can tolerate a dynastic scapegoat on our democracy.

Dear Mr. Pandian, Mr. RN Malhotra and Ors

1. It has been openly declared on this list since day 1 that the IAC is a wing of Hindustan Republican Army founded in 1924 by Sachindranath Sanyal, Chandrashekhar Azad etc.. In fact HRA's members were from much older movements who were initially involved in the "garam dal" (hot faction) of Congress movements before moving on to the violent (non-Gandhian) struggle for freedom . So to say that we have suppressed that we are religious "zealots" (?) is unfair.

2. It is also unfair to repeatedly imply that because today we criticise the Congress that we are pro-BJP/RSS (we are not), or that we avoid criticising the BJP, for when we do criticise BJP/RSS/Modi in the strongest terms we are accused of being Congis. Every post made to this list is publicly archived and accessible through google searches so you can see it for yourself.

3. It has never been hidden from this group that we of HRA believe that "Veer" Savarkar was a patriot. In fact IAC had demanded for his image to also be on Indian currency notes with other freedom fighters like Tipu Sultan. What is this country reduced to if BOTH these corrupt parties insist on only promoting the arch traitor Gandhi as the father of our freedom and to exclude and obscure the entire pantheon of Hindustanis (Hindus and Muslims) who died or were jailed for our freedom ?

4. Since I have been accused of making baseless "allegations" about various Gandhis in my post, I shall separately list out in fine detail all the reasons why Rahul Gandhi is NOT a Hindu, has no caste (it is a fraud on Hinduism and Hindus for Congress party to say he is janeudhari Brahmin) , and he is not part of the so-called Gandhi-Nehru family of which Indira "Gandhi" was a member but was cast out of it.

5. I would also like to say that IAC did not cast the first stone against Congress. It was Congress spokesperson Deepak Babaria who alleged that IAC is a RSS front organisation, and which is complete nonsense, since we openly say that the RSS is as much of an anti-national foreign controlled organisation as the Congress Party is.

6. Let me also say that wings of our parent organisations (after all Hindu Samaj of India was founded in 1849), in the distant past, assassinated MK Gandhi, and we will never ever apologise for it or deny it like the RSS does.

7) It is for Raul Maino Vinci and Sonia Maino to explain how the traditions of the Indian National Congress Party (which my great grandfather was a past Chairman of) has deviated from the practice of annually rotating their Presidents and concerting it into a permanent position for the family.

8) Lastly, it is incorrect to say that I am communal or practice/preach divisiveness. HRA, is staunchly secular and has always stood for Hindu-Muslim unity against the Judeo-Christian forces which still rule India through their rotten and usurious financing systems and webs of lies and deceits.

NB: If anybody does not like the truth we stand for and publicly declare, please unsubscribe and join Anna Hazare and all those other deceivers when they start their Lokpal agitation om March 23rd at Delhi supported and financed by twin communal forces of corruption, ie. Congress and BJP/RSS to keep the nation divided and in a state of perpetual turmoil.

Re: [IAC#RG] Rejoinder to some people who were saying that Sri Anna Ji is BJP supporter.

Personally, i feel mr anna hazare's mission against corruption is complete. He should leave the modalities to be worked out. Notebandhi gst and other measures limiting cash dealings have to be supported. The highest denomination of the US $ IS 100. IN ANYCASE  it is not a compulsion of the poor to hoard 2000rupee currency notes. Within 2 years this should be withdrawn as well.

स्वतंत्रता के बाद हमारे देश को भ्रष्टाचार के राक्षस नें पुरी तरह से घिरा हुआ हैं। दिनबदिन बढ़ते भ्रष्टाचार के कारण सामान्य लोगों को जीना मुश्किल हो रहा हैं। एक तरफ हम देश को महासत्ता बनाने का सपना देख रहें हैं। लेकिन दुसरी तरफ विकास को रोखनेवाले भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कुछ भी नहीं कर रहें हैं। देश में किसी भी पार्टी की सत्ता क्यों न हो, लेकिन भ्रष्टाचार के बारे में कोई भी सरकार गम्भीर नहीं हैं यह वास्तव हैं। ऐसे स्थिती में कैसे होगा भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत? इस बात की बड़ी चिन्ता हो रही हैं। मौजुदा मोदी सरकारने चुनाव प्रचार में सक्षम लोकपाल लागू करना, किसानों के लिए राहत दिलानेवाली व्यवस्था निर्माण करना, चुनावी प्रक्रिया में सुधार करना और भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत निर्माण करने के लिए प्राथमिकता देना इस बारे में अपने घोषणापत्र में आश्वासन दिए थे। लेकिन इनमें से एक भी आश्वासन की पूर्ती नहीं हुई।

 

1)       हमारे देश को कृषि प्रधान देश कहते हैं। 65 प्रतिशत आबादी कृषि पर निर्भर हैं। लेकिन आज़ादी के बाद आज तक कृषि और किसानों के बारें में सभी सरकारों ने गलत नीति अपनाई। इस कारण आज किसानों की हालत गम्भीर हैं। लाखो किसानों नें आत्महत्या की हैं, यह हमारे कृषि प्रधान देश के लिए बहुत ही शर्मनाक बात हैं। 'माल खाए मदारी नाच करे बंदर' ऐसी किसानों की हालत हैं। कृषि उपज को लागत के खर्चे पर आधारित देड गुना सही दाम नहीं मिलता। राज्य और केंद्र के कृषि मूल्य आयोग की कृषि उपज के दाम निश्चित करने की नीति सही नहीं हैं। उसमें केंद्र सरकार की ओर से कृषिमूल्य आयोग के अधिकार में अनावश्यक हस्तक्षेप किया जाता हैं। इसलिए राज्य और केंद्रीय कृषि मूल्य आयोग को चुनाव आयोग नुसार संवैधानिक स्थान तथा सम्पूर्ण स्वायत्तता प्रदान करना जरूरी है। ताकि सरकार का हस्तक्षेप ना रहे। कृषिमूल्य निश्चित करने के लिए देश के अनुभवी विशेषज्ञ किसान आयोग में हो। कृषि उपज मूल्य के साथ कृषि बिक्री मुल्य निश्चित करना जरूरी है। सही बिक्री मुल्य ना मिलने पर उसकी भरपाई सरकार द्वारा करने का प्रावधान कानून में हो। कृषि कर्जे पर गैरकानुनी तरिके से चक्रबृद्धि ब्याज वसुला जाता हैं। औद्योगिक क्षेत्र की तुलना में कृषि क्षेत्र के लिए निवेश नहीं बढ़ाया जाता। सिर्फ कृषि पर निर्भर  60 साल उम्र के किसान और मजदूरों के लिए पेन्शन जैसी कोई भी योजना नहीं हैं। उनको पांच हजार माह पेन्शन मिले। आज की कृषी विमा योजना की पद्धती ठीक नही है । किसानो की फसल विमा योजना का लाभ"व्यक्तीगत" किसान को मिलना चाहिए। सामुहिक मंडल कि तरह सें विमा ठिक नही है ।

 

2)       देश की जनता भी भ्रष्टाचार के कारण बाज़ आ गयी हैं। ऐसे स्थिती में भ्रष्टाचार को रोखनेवाली एक स्वायत्त व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए, इसलिए देश की जनता नें 2011 में लोकपाल कानून की मांग को ले कर एक शान्तिपूर्ण और ऐतिहासिक आंदोलन किया। मैने इस आंदोलन में अपने प्राण दांव पर लगा दिए। अखिर 3 साल चलें इस आंदोलन के कारण 01 जनवरी 2014 को लोकपाल कानून पारित हो गया। लेकिन दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बात यह हैं की, चार साल बाद भी कानून पर अंमल नहीं हुआ। अब यह बात स्पष्ट हो चुकी हैं की, मौजुदा सरकार की लोकपाल कानून लागू करने की मन्शा नहीं हैं। इतना ही नहीं, किसी भी पार्टी की सरकार हो, वह लोकपाल जैसा भ्रष्टाचार को रोखनेवाला कानून नहीं चाहती। इसलिए 2013 के जन आंदोलन में जनता की मांग पर जो कानून बना था उसमें आवश्यकता के बिना संशोधन कर के कमजोर किया गया हैं। पिछले मनमोहन सिंग सरकारने धारा 63 में संशोधन कर के राज्यों के लिए जो लोकायुक्त की व्यवस्था थी वह कमजोर कर दी और मौजुदा मोदी सरकारने धारा 44 में संशोधन कर के मंत्रीगण, एमएलए, एमपी तथा सभी अधिकारीयों की सम्पत्ती घोषित करने के प्रावधान को कमजोर कर दिया। और भ्रष्टाचारियों को और भ्रष्टाचार करने के लिए रास्ता खुला कर दिया। इस बारें में सरकार के साथ 13 बार पत्राचार किया। लेकिन उसका जबाब तक नहीं मिला। कार्रवाई तो दूर की बात हैं। सर्वोच्च न्यायालयने लोकपाल नियुक्ती करने के लिए दो बार फटकार लगाने के बाद भी सरकार लोकपाल नियुक्त नही कर रही है ।


3)       देश में बढ़ते हुए भ्रष्टाचार का मुख्य कारण हैं, मोजुदा चुनाव व्यवस्था। इस चुनाव व्यवस्था में तुरन्त सुधार की जरुरत हैं। हमने कई बार निर्वाचन आयोग और केंद्र सरकार के साथ इस बारे में पत्राचार किया हैं। लेकिन कोई भी निर्णय नहीं हो रहा हैं। सुधार के लिए नई नीति नहीं अपनाई जा रही हैं। टोटलाइज़र मशिन का उपयोग ना करने के कारण गोपनीयता भंग होती हैं। राईट टू रिजेक्ट, राईट टू रिकॉल, उमेद्वार का फोटो को ही चिन्ह मानना चाहिए ।

 

ऐसे स्थिती में लोकपाल लोकायुक्त, किसानों को न्याय और चुनाव सुधार के बारें में सरकार के साथ कई बार पत्राचार हुआ हैं। लेकिन सरकार कुछ भी नहीं करना चाहती। इसलिए मैने 23 मार्च 2018 से दिल्ली में अनिश्चितकालीन सत्याग्रह आंदोलन करने का निर्णय किया हैं। आंदोलन के मुद्दों पर जनजागरण के लिए तीन महिनों से मै देशभर यात्रा कर रहा हूं। अब तक 12 राज्यों में 37 सभाएं की हैं। भ्रष्टाचार, किसानों की समस्याओं के बारे में लोग बहुत ही नाराज़ है और काफी संख्या में आंदोलन के साथ जुड़ना चाहते हैं। इसलिए 23 मार्च से आंदोलन शुरू होगा। इस आंदोलन में निम्नलिखित मांगे रखी हैं।

 

किसानों की समस्याओं का निवारण...

1)       कृषि उपज को लागत मूल्य के आधार पर (C3+50%) 50 प्रतिशत बढ़ाकर सही दाम मिले।

2)       सिर्फ खेती पर निर्भर 60 साल उम्र के किसान और मजदूरों को प्रतिमाह 5 हजार पेन्शन मिले।

3)       कृषि मूल्य आयोग (CACP) को संवैधानिक स्थान और सम्पूर्ण स्वायत्ता प्रदान करें। सरकार का हस्तक्षेप ना रहें।

4)       किसानों के कृषि फसल का सामुहिक (मंडल) नहीं बल्कि व्यक्तिगत बिमा होना चाहिए।

 

लोकपाल लोकायुक्त कानून के बारें में...

5)       मौजुदा लोकपाल लोकायुक्त कानून पर तुरन्त अंमल हो और लोकपाल की नियुक्ति हो।

6)       लोकपाल कानून को कमजोर करनेवाले धारा 63 और धारा 44 में किये गये संशोधन रद्द हो।

7)       केंद्र के लोकपाल के तहत हर राज्य में सक्षम लोकायुक्त कानून लागू हो।

 

चुनाव सुधार के बारें में...

8)       बैलेट पेपर पर उम्मिदवार की कलर फोटो ही उसका चुनाव चिन्ह बनाया जाए।

9)       वोटों की गिनती के लिए टोटलाइज़र मशिन का उपयोग किया जाए।

10)  NOTA को ही राईट टू रिजेक्ट (Right To Reject) का अधिकार प्रदान करें।

11)  चुनाव में दिये गये आश्वासन अगर चुनकर आने के बाद पुरे नहीं किये जाते तो ऐसे जनप्रतिनिधी को वापस बुलाने का अधिकार (Right To Recall) जनता को होना चाहिए।

 

उपरोक्त प्रमुख मांगों के साथ आंदोलन की और भी मांगे है। वह आंदोलन के मंच से जाहीर की जाएगी। जब तक मांगे पुरी नहीं होगी तब तक आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। इसलिए आप भी इस आंदोलन में शामिल हो जाइए। दिल्ली आना चाहते हो तो तुरन्त अपना रिजर्वेशन कर लिजिए। आंदोलन मे अन्नाजी के साथ शामिल होने के लिए...

We don't need BJP Mukt Bharat. What we need is Congress Mukt Bharat. Fortunately we are already very close to having that.​

Do I think Modi is perfect ? NO.

Do I believe Modi doesn't make any mistake ? NO.

Do I believe Modi government has fulfilled all that we want ? NO

Do I feel he will make India like Europe or USA in his lifetime ? NO.

But I stand by his side like a rock. Why ?

 

➤ Because I do believe he is doing whatever he can in a very honest, dedicated and committed way. 

 

➤ Because I do believe he is giving his best to improve the country in all areas.

 

➤ Because I have seen that massive corruption at cabinet ministerial level has disappeared. 

 

➤ Because I have seen that India has not witnessed any terror attack on civilians in last 4 years under his rule..

 

➤ Because I have seen him taking unpopular steps just to make sure subsidies and taxes reach to the poor people and not middlemen.

 

 ➤ Because I have seen him working hard to make sure India becomes a member of MTCR, Waassenar group, Australia group and achieving diplomatic successes which we couldn't think of in last many decades. 

 

➤ Because he has pushed forward many reforms which are not going down well with people today, but will unleash a new India when the results of those reforms - structural, economic, infrastructural will be visible in next 8-10 years.

 

➤ Because I know even if he is not perfect, he is much better than Lalu Yadav. He is much better than Akhilesh Yadav. He is much better than Mayawati. He is much better than Mamata Banerjee.. He is much better than Rahul Gandhi.

➤ He is a hard working person. He has no family or anyone after him. He has his shortcomings. Which man doesn't ? Anyone of you who keep abusing him, are you even a fraction of him in dedication, focus, integrity, hard work and getting things done !! 

He is cleaner than all the names I took above. He is not corrupt. He is visionary. He has solutions to many problems (if not all).

➤ He may not make India like Europe or US in his lifetime however hard he tries. But atleast he is governing much better than previous regimes. Check macro and micro-economic parameters. Compare infrastructure growth. Compare core areas. Compare GDP growth. Compare wholesale and consumer inflation. Every single parameter is much healthier than before.

Yes there are problems. Governing a country as heterogenous and vast as India which has been reeling under problems since centuries is never a joke.

 

Now ask yourself - who can and who has the capability to solve your problems ?

 

Hardik ? Alpesh ? Jignesh ? Tejaswi ? Akhilesh ? Mayawati ? Mamata ? Lalu ? Yechury ? Kanhaiya ? Pappu?

.

They all are baying for Modi's blood (not in literal sense), they grill him now and then. Have they ever suggested any single solution to the problem ? Have they ever suggested what steps will they take to solve the problems ? What is their vision ? What is their method ? 

Negative politics bordering the line of activism is good. But it is never right for country when the alternative is absent.

That's why I am and I will stand with Narendra Modi Ji like a rock. I am happy to be labelled a bhakt. I take pride in it.
