Re: [IAC#RG] Liar #1

Dear TEAM Members:

We are getting wonderful concepts to follow but it is high time to have a networking of those committed transparent unblemished people who may take an oath to not create any misunderstanding among themselves and not try to break such an alliance that the TEAM will be successful to get the required seats initially to bring about change for which people are now  looking for desperately.    This will pave the way for transparent and good governance for ALL.

Best Wishes,

dear sir.

I fully endorse the view expressed by sri N M Joshi and Sri Ravindran P M .Our Indian Government act like the Govt Of pakistan and the law is used against only Hindu peoples to suppress their demand and feelings. The Government is encouraging only terrrorist and the protector of these terror groups.Even  attempt to  protect our lives and properties has been spoiled by these law makers who are in the helm of this government.I feel for these situation we all Indians held responsible. We have chosen a Government
which is working against the interest of the peoples and most corrupt in- humane in nature, with  less governence and more corrupt in nature goverment. We must pledge to over throw this government as soon as possible with our valuable voting power

The Kashmir problem is due to vested interests (read Abdullahs + Nehrus) on both sides of the LOC for whom the continuing tension is a profitable family business. It has nothing to do with religion.

Most Kashmiris know that India is the better option, the ONLY grievance they have is that the HUGE CENTRAL FUNDS are not reaching them directly but are going into Swiss a/cs of vested interests (including all those Ketchup Colonels, Booze Brigadiers and Ration Generals).

So please stop this Congress sponsored canard about pampering of Kashmir/Kashmiri's and instead focus on kicking out the Nehru-Gandhis and their retainers.

I tend to agree with Mr Joshi more than you. Even after 66 years of freedom we have not been able to establish a secular democracy in this country. The 1st necessity for a secular state is to have a uniform civil code, which we do not have till date. And all this special status and favour to kashmir is only pampering the secessionists and but for the military presence we would have lost kashmir to Pakistan long back! The only logical proces to integrate people is to treat everybody at par and ensure fair play. While this is certainly not happening the opposite is happening with gay abandon, that is playing vote banks and open favouritism to minorities.

RE: [IAC#RG] Definition of "Hindu"

 Friends

Its sad we cannot enforce a single law , a single language,  a single education system  when we have a single flag. We are incomplete by everything that constitutes a nation which is why we are still fumbling seven decades after slipping into freedom. And yet all these which are essential to define a nation are imposable with the current constitution. India has to restructure , reform and reconstitute may be into United States of India ! Natural would be one Punjab and one Bengal! All  states autonomous ! Utopian but a practical solution! Religion must be ditched it has no function in a progressive society! E.g. Label Hindu  has done little good to improve the quality of those who swear by it . Islam has only helped to galvanize violence  as man is unable to understand what it stands for . Religion must be nationalized !Homogenous ethnicity can be  a driving force  for civilizational   advance. Germany Japan and China y Multiculturism  is corrupting as it pushes society towards capitalism and money centricity .Corruption is innate and essential component of practice of democracy as we do !

Dear Ravi

Where is the "corruption" element in not having a Uniform Civil Code ?

1) the Const of India has listed UCC in the Directive Principles of State Policy (saying it is highly desirable but cannot be enforced). The courts have also said the same repeatedly.

2) It is only due to the tolerance of Mughal emperors like Jahangir (whose mother was originally a Hindu) that Hindus were allowed to have their own civil law during Muslim rule - or have you forgotten that ? The British carried on with that policy by adding Christians to the list of persons allowed their own personal law.

3) IAC's position is very clear since 1924.  If Muslims want 4 wives for their males (this is a gross over-simplification) then let them have it   How does it affect you ? Similarly nobody is forcing you to eat Kutha meat nor can you force a Muslim through law to eat Jhatka. In fact if having 4 wives is so very good for Muslims then more Hindu males will start demanding it for their own community. Let there be hearty and organic union (marriages) between Hindus and Muslims when all the good things of each community are exchanged between them.

Mr Deepak Verma

If you do not see corruption in not enacting a Uniform Civil Code, a sine qua non for a society truly ruled by law, then you can definitely opt out of any discussion on corruption. It is my opinion that all rules must be neutral-gender, religion, community, region etc wise. The specifics in any case will have to be considered by courts which should have judges of impeccable integrity, competent, transparent in their dealings and accountable.

Re: [IAC#RG] CIC reserved orders

Dear Sarbajit

Thanks for posting this mail to the group and Ms Nidhi for her urge to get some grass root feedback on such an important issue.

I dare say, the ICs must be investigated for corruption of the worst kind- taking money from delinquent PIOs and FAAs (equal to, more than, less than the penalty liable to be imposed, based on the character of the PIO/FAA) and failing to impose the mandatory penalty under the RTI Act.

I am attaching a petition I had submitted to the Prez of India to remove the then CIC Wajahat Habibullah. Also attached is my suggested amendments to the RTI Act submittted with the petition. Later I had submitted an even more detailed list of suggestion to the Natchiappan committee of Parliament. But for now the two attached documents will suffice to discern the fraud being pertptrated by the CIC. Unfortunately the courts seems to be in league with the information commissions in subverting the transparency law.

I had similarly sought sacking of the CIC, Kerala SIC also on obvious subversion of the law but being political appointments these criminals get away with all their crimes with the support of their bigger brother criminals!

Dear Nidhi

I'm posting this to a mailing list as you requested

From my own experience I can state as follows:-

CIC decisions are reserved when

a) The IC is incompetent and circulates it to his cronies for advise when he gets stuck.

b)  The IC and the Public Authority have predecided the matter before the hearing, but the appellant throws them off course in the hearing and disrupts their well laid plans so they need to reserve it.

c) Open disagreement between the members of a Bench. This happened to in one of my cases (DDA matter) between Wajahat Habibullah and M.L.Sharma, and Mr. Habibullah ended up drafting a bizarre order which resulted in CIC Management Regulations 2007 being struck down in the High Court for his arrogance.

d) IC needs to seek advise of CIC's Legal dept.

e) IC concerned simply hands it over to the "winning side" to draft. I have personally drafted many orders at CIC which were simply brushed up and delivered by them later.

I was wondering if you have come across the same problem in your interactions with CIC? Or would it be possible for you to put this question across to your googlegroup and see if there are some responses?

Would appreciate your help

Re: [IAC#RG] Online Grievance registration no. CABST/E/2012/00216

To:
Shri Alok Chaturvedi
Nodal Officer and Joint Secretary
Cabinet Secretariat
Rashtrapati Bhawan,
New Delhi

21-April-2013

Sir

Sub: PUBLIC GRIEVANCE

CABST/E/2012/00216 received on 26.06.2012

I refer to the above mentioned reference number generated in response to my complaint against Mr. Ajit Seth (Union Cabinet Secretary).

It is a matter of regret that your Department / Secretariat is unable to reply to me concerning serious allegations I made against Mr. Ajit Seth and which I am not prepared to withdraw and am quite interested in prosecuting.

In view of the non-reply from your side to a duly registered grievance which is supposed to be disposed off within 2 months, I am now caused to say that Mr.Ajit Seth is a corrupt officer and nothing but a corrupt officer and the only reason he was appointed as the Cabinet Secretary is because he is a dishonest person appointed to perpetuate frauds on eminent citizens like myself and the ordinary citizens who use RTI in general.

It is certainly strange that the Cabinet Secretariat has been unable to reply to me for over 9 months now or resolve my grievance.  It is noteworthy that Mr. Ajit Seth had also previously ignored 2 emails of notice I had sent him before lodging my referred public grievance.

I am therefore calling upon you to either redress my grievance forthwith by appointing me as a Central Information Commissioner (there are 4 vacant slots), or else grant me statutory permission / sanction to prosecute Mr Ajit Seth under the Prevention of Corruption Act or any other similar Law. I am now not interested in any other sham resolution which I apprehend shall be palmed off on me to close this grievance.

I am also circulating this email to many public mailing lists so that the public at large can know the truth behind the appointment of pliable Central Information Commissioners who are invariably retired public servants. It is an open secret that Mr. Basant Seth was appointed as Information Commissioner because he was heading a Karnataka (Manipal) based Bank and close to the Bellary Brothers who were Ms. Sushma Swaraj's campaign managers in Karnataka at some point in time and consider her to be their "godmother".

For your ready reference I am attaching the PDF of the present status of my said public grievance.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this communication and the action taken thereon.

yours faithfully
