[HumJanenge] Re: LOKPAL DESTROYED ARGENTINA"S ECONOMY

WONDERFUL. The conspiracy theorists will love this. As with all
propaganda its written by somebody knowledgeable and with a large axe
to grind. But very readable and somewhat convincing on the first read.

BTW: It proves my case - ONE law can't destroy India, but TWO just
might

Just FYI

Almost all the "targets" are / have been members of thsi group. Some
of them read this freewheeling discussion avidly. Most of the info I
present on their "foreign funding" is already in the public domain
(published in reputed newspapers and books) and is not denied by them.
I'm sure you can dig it out yourself using Google.

Dear Mathre

You're quite correct that I have different things to say !!

1) Agreed that 1 Law cannot destroy a country.

2) What we are seeing is an ARTIFICIAL division in the NGO sector. Sort of hedging one's bets. Half the Ashoka / Magsaysay 'haramis" are sticking with the Congress. The old fogeys like Aruna Roy, MS, Shekhar Singh, Harsh Mader etc. The rest have been PLACED in the BJP camp.

3) The question is who "places" them. The answer is obvious - their foreign spymasters / paymasters. Aruna Roy is funded by the pottys and water harvesting systems they "export" to CIA / Chinese fronts. Shekhar Singh is funded by Google. Harsj Mandee used to be funded by USAID and the Brits. Arvind, Kiran etc by the CIA (Ford Foundation, Magsaysay etc etc.) All these NGO 'haramis" busy singing for their supper.

RE: [HumJanenge] LOKPAL DESTROYED ARGENTINA"S ECONOMY

What is the source of such mails, from the govt. qurters?
Early, Mr. Kapil Sibbal said that Lok Pal will not end corruption and corruption in education.  It will be a monolith organization.  Please read Congress Sandesh, u will find more material and article like this.

Pleqase don't try to undo what the Youth of India under the leadership of Shri Anna Hazare have done and are doing. India is not Argentina.
Their LOK Pal is our RTI. If you really want Independence from CORRUPTION, post success stories of the countries which have achieved
less than 3% unemployment and less than 5% of poverty through eradication of corruption. Don't encourage corrupt politicians and
buraucrats indulging in looting the country and suppressing the voice of the common man.

In 1998, Argentina was a rich and successful country on a tremendous growth path.

There was prosperity and less than 3% unemployment.
.
Then a bill similar to Lokpal Bill was introduced called the Public Accountability Bill

(Rendición Pública de Cuentas) at the behest of some people wanting an extra constitutional

control over the government.

There were frivolous complaints, officials were chargesheeted,

and the Bill became a tool for harassment in the hands of unaccountable persons.

The result was that officials became scared to take decisions, projects were held up

and the government lost credibility.

The govt. handed major departments to pvt sector which, in the absence of any check,

started minting money at the cost of public good.

The economy of Argentina collapsed, exports stopped, there was runaway inflation,

and the country plunged into poverty with 50% unemployment.

So if u want the economic progress of India to continue and prevent a collapse in India,

oppose the Lokpal Bill.

Long live democracy, long live India.

Forward it to you friends.. Make a Difference.. Spread Awareness...

Exclusion of CBI from RTI ambit upheld

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chennai/Exclusion-of-CBI-from-RTI-ambit-upheld/articleshow/9929098.cms

"Ruling that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is a security and intelligence organization, the Madras high court has upheld the Union government's decision to exclude the agency from the ambit of the Right to Information (RTI) Act."

"The PIL, filed by advocate S Vijayalakshmi, contended that the RTI Act provided exemption only to intelligence and security agencies, whereas the CBI is only an investigating agency unworthy of blanket exemption."

"In the light of the various sensitive cases being handled by the CBI, it cannot be denied that they have a direct bearing not only on the national security, but also the financial security of the country." As the CBI needs to adopt an intelligence-led approach, it is the intelligence agency of the government of India handling issues of national security, the bench concluded."
