Despite the Freebies, Delhi budget was in Profit for a change, unlike those of earlier years when parties in power at that time showed it RED. Where was all the money going? You are not highlighting other initiatives of AAP eg Free treatment for accident victims, Mohalla Clinics giving free prescription & medicines, Compensation to martyrs etc etc. Incidentally the free bijli pani is only till 31 Mar 2020 and this was well known to all before elections. Compare all this with earlier Govts and you will know (though may not accept) who is or was corrupt. Why couldnt earlier Govts think of all these initiatives? And if not, what else did they do ?
