Re: [IAC#RG] The Fake encounter in Telengana

When a women gets raped she should not resist
As the protection of her are state responsibility
Other wise she has acted against innocent rapest
She should not take law in her hand
Law forbids

Other will argue it was consual rape and she is not innocent

We should not take candle March neither protest
State has given enough power to Judisory
If she survives plied her case in magistrate court

As police will try save their uniform that it is clean
Not my jurisdiction
And give more time for rapist to get lost

Lesson is to be taught to any that will not be any escape and the will be feasted by halwa puri till law wakes up
A jannat in real life not after death

I salute Indiaresist
Fighting awaking against innocent

An excellent question on the lines of "Have you stopped beating your wife?". which shows a lack of clarity concerning "onus of proof"

1) Who has the (burden of) proof that these 4 accused were the real perpetrators ?

2) If there is any such proof, surely the best place for it would be in a court of law where the accused could disprove it, instead of a deserted field at 3am where only the police are present.

3) Can the State or media or anyone else share the names of the legal counsel/s of the "accused" (actually a wrong term in law) who are mandatorily to be given to them when they are first produced before the Magistrate and thereafter. ( Mohd. Ajmal Amir Kasab v. State of Maharashtra, (2012) 9 SCC 1). Why are these lawyers, if any, silent ?

PS: Have you stopped beating your wife ?

Dear IAC members

Those of us who had seen the same gang of foreign financed rogues of 2012 repeating their act in 2019, ie "Death for Rapists" gang will be ashamed to know that once again, as in the Nirbaya case, the police picked up 4 or 5 random people and implicated them in this recent DISHA incident.

Unlike Nirbhaya where the police had more time to set the stage, the Telengana police soon realised that the case against the falsely implicated rapists would not stand up in any honest court of law, and have now resorted to extra-judicial fake encounter to avoid a trial. Of course there will be the token magesterial inquiry/s to hush things up.

That this conspiracy of fake encounter was well planned in connivance with Union government (KCR visited Delhi and Home Ministry on 3 Dec) is clear from the systematic propaganda by BJP stooge news channels like Arnab Goswami's Republic World to demand "#DeathForRapists" and project it as a national movement, as they did in IAC-2012, again replete with waving of the Indian flag and with Swati Maliwal reprising Anna Hazare's anshan role.

It is increasingly clear that this fascist communal BJP govt is incompetent, corrupt, sold out to USA, and simply unable to manage important things like the economy and unemployment. Hence the desperate resort to the tricks of the dying Roman Empire by holding blood thirsty circuses on national television to keep the mobs entertained / distracted.
