Re: [IAC#RG] Disha Rape Case.

1. A very useful debate.

2. Lt Gen Raj Kadyan and Deepak Bharadwaj , both have presented vital issues.

3.  Judicial reforms , based on the past background, rightly  pointed out  by Deepak , requires urgent action.

4. "Indiaresists " and others , can jointly help,  in building up the required public opinion for change.

5. Objectivity, during discussion, needs be restored , by avoiding  objectionable and derogatory remarks against the Army.

Dear IAC members,

In my little opinion, India need judicial reforms big time, here are my views on it

1. Political Leadership has failed: As they are not able to reform the laws in the country. Same old laws as made by Britishers are being still in use. Time and society has changed and need big time reforms.
2. Judiciary fails to deliver justice on Time :  Laws and IPC need to be reformed for timely justice, Justice which can uphold people faith in Law and Order and can have positive impact on the society
3. Police Reforms: Police is over burdened, under the influence of Politics, lack of resources (man and money), not adequately trained. Need big time reforms over here as well.

Because of above three public is pissed off and need  quick response when some heinous crime happens as they don't have any hope in the current system.

When a heinous crime like Nirbhya and Hyderabad take place police comes under tremendous pressure and becomes the first line of attack from all directions. In order to save themselves police take
un-lawful short cuts such as staged encounter / staged suicides by accused but core issues remains as it is - Status Quo remains.

I am not in favour of accused but un-lawful instruments will take the society in wrong direction.

I saw people were celebrating the encounter of accused and were throwing flowers on the police but did they realise that did police do their job properly at the first place.
Police tried to save all their mistakes by killing those accused and all covered the core issues under the rug.

These incidents are not going to stop unless and util above mentioned reforms happens.

Deepak

Dear members,
Whether the Hyderabad police action was stage-managed or genuine will be established by the inquiry. What should not be ignored is the public sentiment. The number of citizens that applauded the police action, is a trend that needs to be noted by the powers that be.
Watching Nirbhaya's mother speak on TV   that she is tired of waiting for justice was heart-rending. It literally moved one to tears. It has been seven years since her daughter was attacked in such a  brutal and inhuman manner, and the guilty are still living?
Law may be blind but framers and enforcers of law should see and read the wind. Hyderabad rape/murder followed by the Lucknow burning of the complainant and the outcry that followed are unhappy signs. The CJI is right that justice cannot be based on revenge. Justice must not only be done but also must be seen to be done. The latter is not happening in public perception. The endless delay erodes public confidence.
Ways have to be found to dispose of such cases within a pre-determined time frame.

With best regards,

FYI, This is what a former Lt. Gen says

The fact of the matter is that our Indian Army is now too well settled into "cantonment culture", and now also thoroughly politicised (like civilian institutions and the judiciary), to be an effective fighting force against a real enemy like China.

Dear Mr Roy
Whether the Hyderabad encounter was staged or not will be proved only after enquiry.Agreement of 2 retd Army officers purported to be with JAG background is not  good enough for a conviction in the court.Your earlier statement of KCR meeting in delhi n linking it with encounter is also a pure conjecture.
Your retort to another member 'to stay within respective domains areas/speciality 'reeks of extreme arrogance' . There is a space for different views .
Kindly show the proceedings of the army enquiry which says that Maj Gogoi was sex crazed officer n honey trapped in passing secrets to Pakistan.I have reason to believe that it's not true. His out of box action which saved hundreds of lives was commended by COAS.Your view can not n override that of the Army Chief.
This portal shares views of people who have done reasonably well in their fields . Therefore it's strongly requested we all should agree to disagree with the views rather than assuming seemingly righteous positions.

Dear Squadron Leader Datt

I think it would be best if we kept to our respective domains areas/specialities.

In 2017 you had likewise praised Major Gogoi for his "out of the box" behaviour in Kashmir when he strapped a local to a jeep as a human shield .Now that same officer is exposed as a corrupt sex crazed officer by an Army court of inquiry honeytrapped and passing secrets to Pakistan.

FYI, 2 retired Army officers with JAG background publicly agree with me that this "Disha" incident seems a stage managed encounter.

NB: Since you claim to be an ex-IAF officer, perhaps you could assist the office of VCAS in acting on my/IAC's written complaints for nabbing the Chinese intelligence agent who managed to sneak into a highly secure IAF airbase this year and fly off in a Tejas airframe. Perhaps you could assist the VCAS in putting into public circulation the authorisation letter initiated from then RM Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman which allowed this Chinese agent to enter the IAF airbase in the first place. Perhaps you should catch hold of the traitor babus in MoD who forwarded the illegal directives of then RM to upright IAF officers who were unfairly subjected to inquiry for this episode based on IAC's complaints.

Dear IAC members

Those of us who had seen the same gang of foreign financed rogues of 2012 repeating their act in 2019, ie "Death for Rapists" gang will be ashamed to know that once again, as in the Nirbaya case, the police picked up 4 or 5 random people and implicated them in this recent DISHA incident.

Unlike Nirbhaya where the police had more time to set the stage, the Telengana police soon realised that the case against the falsely implicated rapists would not stand up in any honest court of law, and have now resorted to extra-judicial fake encounter to avoid a trial. Of course there will be the token magesterial inquiry/s to hush things up.

That this conspiracy of fake encounter was well planned in connivance with Union government (KCR visited Delhi and Home Ministry on 3 Dec) is clear from the systematic propaganda by BJP stooge news channels like Arnab Goswami's Republic World to demand "#DeathForRapists" and project it as a national movement, as they did in IAC-2012, again replete with waving of the Indian flag and with Swati Maliwal reprising Anna Hazare's anshan role.

It is increasingly clear that this fascist communal BJP govt is incompetent, corrupt, sold out to USA, and simply unable to manage important things like the economy and unemployment. Hence the desperate resort to the tricks of the dying Roman Empire by holding blood thirsty circuses on national television to keep the mobs entertained / distracted.
