Re: [IAC#RG] Evasive and missing suo-moto RTI disclosure fro CM office /GNTD

Dear Mr. Bedi,

I have read your web article carefully.

However, in the larger scheme of things AAP/Kejriwal is not so important as other national partiies and AAP are more as semi-amateurs learning the tricks of the trade, whereas Congress and BJP are out and out professionals.

As per our internal IAC metrics / opinions / estimates we can share that by taking a "corruption sensex" of Congress as base 100 points in UPA-I in say 2008, by late 2010 Congress had jumped to 340 points (CWG, Adarsh, Defence deals, Vadra etc) in corruption.

In 2 years of BJP at Centre the BJP is now risen at 270 points corruption sensex. Congress is back at 30 points, but mainly because they hardly ruling any where.

Similarly AAP started at 15 points in Delhi then spiked to 55 points towards end of those 49 days. They returned again at 10 points and are now running at 65 points in "corruption sensex".

But, AAP has many years left to scale heights if they carry on at their present trajectory.

So let us wait and watch.

NB: All metrics are estimates, based on proprietary methods and heuristic techniques.

Dear Ms. Sharma

I am concerned that some corrupt persons in office of Chief Minister Delhi have ensured that the mandatory suo-moto disclosure presecribed under section 4 of RTI Act 2005 has been removed from Delhi Govt website. Currently, the only working link among the "17 manuals" of RTI is the one to the PIO and First Appellate Authority in CM Office, and even that is populated with incorrect entries including your own.

As I, as a citizen of India r/o Delhi, would like to know in great depth and detail, about the functioning of the CM Office, I would appreciate if you would update the RTI disclosure for your office expeditiously. The lack of the 17 manuals seriously hinders my ability to seek further information under RTI from your office.

For your ready reference I am also cut-n-pasting the present links from http://delhigovt.nic.in/rti/default.asp showing the links to be filled in.
