I would fully respond to you. However, our mutual friend Mr. Sanjeev
Sabhlok has very recently informed me and ACP Cyber Cell of Delhi
Police (in a matter involving defamation and criminal contempt of
Justice Suresh Kait of Delhi High Court) that he is a "senior leader"
of Swarn Bharat Party which was registered by ECI on 14th June 2014.

On further probing I find that you are the "Treasurer" of this new
political party. I am also given to understand that this Mr. Sanjeev
Sabhlok is a foreigner having Australian citizenship (then employed by
Australian Government) who has substantially financed the setting up
of your party, and in fact had even come to India in Dec 2012 to
organise riots and disaffection against the State, and he allegedly
rioted and assaulted police officers with deadly weapons, as per FIR
registered in PS:Sansad Marg. NB: If anything here is factually
incorrect please correct me publicly and it will be published.

Your party's senior leader had written a scandalous piece about
Mr. Narendra Modi (which he has subsequently deleted) and now
turned 180 degrees like a chameleon.

In these circumstances,I am sure that you will understand why I cannot
discuss these matters with you, as it is against IAC's regulations and
you are an office bearer of a political party. If you want to discuss
defamation and foreign financing, please set your own house in order,
Shanti Bhushanji will set his and I will set mine. We can then all
meet for a cup of coffee at any place you desire.

PS: I do not doubt your patriotism and honesty for a moment, and IAC's
few resources are always accessible for any national efforts. IAC has
utmost respect for Shanti Bhushanji and Anna Hazareji, and their
every reasonable wish is our command.
