You have got your answer. All these things belong to the OLD and
discredited IAC of TeamAnna. 99.999% of so-called anti-corruption
people/bodies who organise such foolishness are deeply corrupt
themselves.

Let us take the case of 1 website - "www.ipaidabribe.com". Its an
initiative by Janagraha from Bangalore. But, If you examine them
closely, it turns out that Janagraha is a micro-finance company and is
into notes for votes. In fact as a reward for helping Congress to
sweep Karnataka, their founder was even rewarded with a seat on RBI's
Board for financial inclusion - in other words giving him a licence to
write their own rules and regulations.
AND HE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE
http://www.moneylife.in/article/does-the-rbi-know-how-much-conflicts-of-interest-it-has-created/34760.html

Please understand clearly that these financiers are everywhere in the
social space, operating behind fronts, owning newspapers, magazines
(Tehelka), TV channels, schools and creating votebanks of the poorest
and most desperate people. And their biggest tool today is AADHAAR or
UID - a CIA sponsored tool to enslave Indians with the most
anti-national American people like Nandan Nilekani (who appointed him
and how was he appointed ?) to oversee this new slavery.

By ensuring FAKE AADHAARS over 2 million dummy voters were created in
Karnataka to ensure a Congress win there. Nilekani (who with Infosys
and Narayanmurthi) has financed haramis like Kejriwal for years on
end, is doing the same in Delhi (reportedly 3 million fake Aadhaars)
to ensure a AAP win - because a desperate Congress knows that the only
way to stop Modi in 2014 is to scale up AAP nationwide.

So, all these petty things like not paying bribes are a non-issue for
IAC. We now focus on the real corrupt things like FAKE DEMOCRACY -
where voters are bogus, candidates are goons, EVMs are rigged and so
is the judiciary to allow it.
