Are these standard definitions. So should we believe that foreign source is only relevant if its a foreign citizen.
My common sense dose not agree with you. With your deduction the ramification would be tremendous. Specially in relation to FDI and money trail. And also for NGO funding.

Political funding can come from countries and intelligence agencies of foreign countries using an Indian citizen as a pass through or a financial carrier this would be allowed.? The Indian Government dose not have the machinery to locate the source. India would have to follow international protocol which could be a lengthy process.

If what you say sir is factual and the Honorable courts accepts the same,

Then there are ramification and other political parties are rightfully protected.

Advantage to parties who covertly work with International agencies.
