[IAC#RG] The RTI Amendment Bill 2013

Dear Sarabjit

Just read this excellent attached NCPRI submission of Veeresh Malik, with you, on RTI amendments posted to another list (Humjanenge).

Since it is pretty much clear that Rahul Gandhi and Yuva Brigade (Nikhil Dey etc.) will keep political parties in RTI to show up the old PM candidate fogies (MMS and NaMo), the NCPRI (National Campaign for Political Reform in India) could focus on suggesting amendments to the Representation of People Act to enlarge the information required to be maintained by parties which can be disclosed.

Till now they got away by saying "no such information is maintained".
