Re: [HumJanenge] notice issued on section 6(3)

As per guidelines issued by DoPT in a booklet, the RTI application should be transferred to the concerned PIO, wherein more than one PIO exist and this should be done either on the same day of next day. PIO should not wait for 5 days. This has been mentioned either in the booklet for applicants or for PIOs which I read two years ago.
