it is o.k.   time starts from the day on which the rti appliction is recieved in pio office.
     moreover, in exeptional cases; the pio may take 45 days also; giving the reason of delay.
 moreover, 2- 3 days delay is no delay as per govt machinery arguements.
so it is o.k.

application will not be counted.
2) The 30 days will start from the time the PIO "receives"  the
request, not from when you filed it.
