Re: [HumJanenge] Re: FOO Fighters of Humjanenge

Dear Friends,

With what the UPA Govt stands for, it would have put Ms Bedi behind bar, stopped her pension and stripped her of her gallantry award had she committed an offence in contravention to the law of the land.  That it has not done so merely indicates that no offence has been committed.  Please let us not waste our time and effort on non issues

.

Hi Abhinav

Without prejudice to what her colleagues say, Let's analyse what
happened.

1) Kiran Bedi misuses her 75% discount (which she gets as a police
awardee) from a financially bleeding - loss making state PSU (Air
India) and charges FULL money (without submitting bills to) another
State Public authority, and POCKETS THE DIFFERENCE into her COMMERCIAL
NGO!!!

2) The remedy, as per me, is not to file an FIR, but to get her police
medal / award revoked. Obviously her colleagues would like us to play
on her turf (she is an ex-IPS and knows how to manipulate the system)
especially as they know that the FIR would be filed in Madhya Pradesh
with Team Anna's in-house BJP Govt.

So is there even 1 RTI expert in this group who can succeed in this
trivial  challenge ???
