Re: [rti4empowerment] RTI reply - a new trend

What about Section 6(2) of the act which states:
 
 
"An applicant making request for information shall not be required to give any reason for requesting the information or any other personal details except those that may be necessary for contacting him."

Unfortunately we the ciyzens are helpless against such typical
bureaucratic tactics. If you want information you have no choice but
to give the proof as only cityzens of India have the right to
information in India.
