[HumJanenge] Re: Fwd: [scw] A united front against corruption is crucial to win the battle

IT HAS TO BE ONLY ONE POINT PROGRAM

THAT ONE POINT IS

TO ASK NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS AND ITS ALLIES TO QUIT INDIA

IF IT DOES NOT SACK THEM OUT

DISCUSSION ON ANY OTHER POINT WOULD BE ONLY TO CREATE CONTROVERSY TO DIVIDE PEOPLE ON PRIORITY

BESIDES THIS WITH NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS IN POWER, YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING

Respected Friends,

I am in total agreement with the idea of an indigenous constitution and ethical reforms.

I am very doubtful, however about demanding the change from the Government & the President.

Present incumbents are part of the problem - NOT part of the solution. For that , they have to be replaced by better people, first.else your demand will fall on deaf ears.

Respected Prashantji,

I do agree with you that a united front is essential to fight against corruption and restoration of ethics is today's need of the country.

In this reference we should awaken the public about their right of peace and ethics in society, to check the corruption and restoration of ethics.

For this a national campaign under united front can be started with seven points.

1. I feel that the conflict and chaos in India are due to unnatural, unethical religious bifurcation of India on the name of the so called 'Hindu' religion', First Hindu is not a religion as compared to Muslim or Christian religion. Spiritual freedom, and caste based society is identity of India from the ancient time. All are free to follow their traditions.

2. India is the home of Eternal religion, spiritual freedom, and caste based society.

There is no fear to Muslim or Christian of religious fundamentalism. The majority and minority are only for vote bank politics. All are Indian.

3. The eternal truth is one and the same for all, we trust in it. It should be included in the constitution to restore the faith in God and ethics to check the corruption. It is the basic motto of all religion.

4. The Indians are mostly confused about the Aryan invasion hypothesis. It has given a wrong message that Indians are not the native of India.

The Indus Valley was a Vedic Civilization. It has been proved with evidences. It should be known to all. I will give the feeling of Nationality.

5. The basic facts of all Religions and aim of life are same with ethics.

6. The people should have right to call back the corrupt elected candidate.

7. The Prime Minister and head of the state should be elected directly by the people for the stability of the Govt. and participation of public in national policies.

For this the demand of constitution reform can be forwarded to the Govt. and President of India, through united front National campaign, to generate the quest to change the system in the public and intellectuals.

Kindly acknowledge the proposal with comments. It is in the interest of all, and non political campaign.

With regards.

Dr.C.P.Trivedi

Ex-Doordarshan DG blocked info on broadcast deal, CIC told TNN | May 11, 2011, 04.53am IST

NEW DELHI: Former Doordarshan director general Aruna Sharma, facing allegations of corruption for the CWG broadcast deal, had withheld information related to the contract overriding an junior officer who had agreed to disclose it under Right to Information (RTI).

The former Doordarshan DG had refused to give permission for making public 274 documents related to the deal, being probed by CBI, after an RTI applicant had deposited the necessary fee, the public information officer of the broadcaster admitted before the Central Information Commission.

Dehradun-based Arun Kumar had sought to know from Doordarshan details of the contract given to SIS Live for the broadcast of Commonwealth Games. Director (engineering) A K Jha told him that the information contained in 274 pages could be provided after a fee of Rs 548 was deposited.

Kumar deposited the fee as instructed by the official but instead of documents, he received a letter stating that the information could not be shared as it came under section 8(1)(d) of the RTI Act which prohibits disclosure of records related to commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property.

During a hearing before the transparency panel, Jha said in the absence of any PIO, he was entrusted to reply to RTI queries. He said since he was not the PIO, he had to get permission from DG Doordarshan before sending the information who at that stage (after he promised the information to Kumar) "ordered" him not to furnish the information.

Information commissioner Annapurna Dixit said in her order, "It may be noted that DG Doordarshan is already facing an investigation for her alleged role in the CWG scam.'' Dixit ordered disclosure of all information related to the deal between SIS Live and Doordarshan free of cost and directed the public broadcaster to return the fee deposited by Kumar.
