Re: [HumJanenge] RTI to Bank----meaningless

The application under RTI to bank won't help as I have received the Order from CIC for a second appeal for some vital information of society account with a nationalised bank.

If you require the name of loan defaulters you can use the past Orders of the CIC which directed the banks to give ceratin details .

ICICI Bank is a private bank. Hecne You can seek directly information
from them. But if govt bodies such as RBI if has any acess to these
information, then you can acess those information through the same
public authority.
