Re: Reply: Fwd: [rti4empowerment] Muslim-Run Arms Factory Discovered in Delhi Area

Discovery of illegal arm factory need not be given a communal colour but this is a criminal act.  It can only be termed communal act if they sell the arm to the followers of a particular religion.

This is like giving communal colour to an accident, wherein some one from the opposite religion from the religion of the driver met with the accident and died.  This cannot be termed that the M***** driver has killed a H***u.

However, the runners of the factory deserve severe punishment for their involvement in criminal act and also helping other criminals by providing arms to them.

I also join others that Mr. Dhirendra Krishna should properly moderate his group contents and should not allow such ccommunal and postings spreading hatered by any one.

That is not censorship, as Mr. R. Singh has said but is must to check such elements like Mr R Singh.

Dear Dhirendraji

I refer to the message from Rsingh631 appended below which was forwarded to me my one of your group members,

Permitting such communal posts repeatedly on your RTI group is a great disservice to the RTI community in general and gives a bad name to all RTI citizen stake-holders.

As you know today the need of the hour is to oppose the blatantly anti-citizen RTI Rules being proposed by DoPT. I beg you to kindly excise such virii from the RTI groups you control and ensure that all the RTI groups function unitedly towards achieving a common purpose.

Just today one of the oldest RTI groups on google under Mr Babubhai Vaghela  has agreed to join our RTI Unity efforts, and I request you again to do the same on behalf of your groups so that we can fight these proposals unitedly.

Best Wishes

Sarbajit

Illegal arms factory run by Muslims are found in Delhi and Ghaziabad. Are you
alarmed? Now what statements do you expect from Antonio Maino, Rahul Khan, and
Mia Digvijay Singh?  Either they will be silent or will say these are individual
miscreants. Question remains who is buying these arms? Please read this
outrageous story and know who is terrorizing the country.

Illegal arms units busted in Delhi, Ghaziabad
Staff Reporter, The Hindu,
Published: December 19, 2010 00:00 IST | Updated: December 19, 2010 04:05 IST

The Special Cell of Delhi Police has detected a gun running and arms
manufacturing racket by unearthing illegal arms factories in the city and
neighbouring Ghaziabad.
Acting on a tip-off that illegal manufacture of arms and their sale were being
carried out in Delhi and the National Capital Region, a special team was set up
on Thursday. The team waylaid 52-year-old Mohammad Hashim and 32-year-old
Mohammad Sagir near an underpass in East Vinod Nagar. The duo were allegedly
trying to supply arms to criminals in a Qualis.
A loaded pistol of .315 bore along with five live cartridges was allegedly
recovered from Hashim and a .32 bore revolver along with six live cartridges was
found on Sagir.
A case was registered under the Arms Act and investigation taken up.
Hashim, belonging to a village in Baghpat, has been running a shop in East Vinod
Nagar from where he carried out bicycle repair work and sold gas cylinders.
However, in the rear portion of the shop he secretly made arms at night by
assembling various components like dyes, triggers and short and long springs.
During the search at his premises, components used in assembling .315 pistols
were allegedly recovered. The components would have made 80 such pistols. The
price of each weapon was in the range of Rs.15,000 and Rs.20,000.
Described as hardened criminal, Hashim had been booked earlier under the Arms
Act, NDPS Act and Goonda Act. He allegedly murdered his teenaged daughter for
falling in love with a villager.
Sagir, allegedly associated with Hashim in supply of country-made pistols and
revolver, masqueraded as a businessman of boring pumps but his real calling was
making illegal weapons in his factory at Islam Nagar in Ghaziabad. A raid at
this Ghaziabad factory led to recovery of 9 mm pistols and .32 bore revolvers.
The total recovery in the entire operation yielded 113 weapons and 15
cartridges.
