[IAC#RG] Chattisgarh for President's Rule ?

With this latest attack killing top Congress leaders, Chattisgarh (BJP ruled- Raman Singh as CM) seems likely for President's Rule. Elections are due in Nov. 2013 and Congress is not expected to do well.
