Castration is too good for them.

In British times they used to be sent to Kaala Paani where the other prisoners knew how to take care of such sex criminals (lowest grade of prisoner) and paid them back in the same coin.
Which is why IPC is also weak on crimes like this.

So we have a disjunct in the law, weak IPC and no Kaala Paani, which is why crime escalates.

The French had evolved a simple and parallel solution to such problems. The Foreign Legion. It should be made mandatory that such criminals are drafted into a special force to be used exclusively in Siachen or Dantewada etc.

1.  Mandatory castration for rapists, and 2.  Immediate forefeiture of all properties-assets, salaries, PF, etc. and pay the victim the entire amount realised, and 3.  Jail of at least 20 years OR till age 60, whichever is more. Victor
