To nip such criminals in the bud. Eve teasing should b dealt with severely. From. Eve teasing n brushing against females they qualify to bigger crimes. Such criminals once proved guilty should b handed over to the victims family n friends to do what they deem fit n this punishment to be given in public. Rustom
