Hum Janenge: [IAC++] IAS Officers as HC approved Govt Company Mergers.

Dear All,

IAS Officers at Ministry of Corporate Affairs GOI New Delhi, in their capacity as High Court, have been approving Govt Company Mergers.

This include Air India - Indian Airlines Merger also.

They have been using GSR 238 of 2nd February 1978 as the basis to approve these Mergers.

Documents in the case of Maharashtra Elektrosmelt Merger with SAIL are placed below for those who wish to devote time to study.

These Govt Company Mergers essentially reflect the very high level Political-Bureaucracy-Judiciary Nexus.
