[HumJanenge] Compensation for death due to stray cattle

Thanks for sending valueble judgement.   In recent past my neighbourer was hit by stray bull and he remained hospitalised in pvt hospital for 2 months and still not fully fit and he had spent more than 2 lacs on treatment. After this accident, i wrote to municipal corpration jalandhar to catch/remove all stray bull and dogs from the locality. For formality sake they hve made few visits and caught few bulls but still some can be seen in the locality.   And sandeep ji, large number of stray bulls there seen in your sector too during my visit to hisar....
