..... dont you think, we do need an OSA or something stronger, to prevent folks with vested interests leaking out sensitive information to the enemy nations?

Firstly, its bad to give children chocolates just because they want it. Secondly, our membership would be under the wrong impression that Indian Parliament wants to repeal OSA (most unlikely)
