This is the usual case where the PIO just does not read the original application, nor the decision of the FAA properly. What takes the cake is his flimsy excuses on delay in providing the information. Wish other IC both Central and State would go into similar exercise in  taking the erring PIO/APIOs to task. Let the debate continue. Manoj
